We purchased our windows from a Canadian firm & Randy, one of the Honey Doers representatives was our fix it guy for the windows. Randy always stopped by in a timely manner when we needed him, was always courteous & professional.& competent! We had Rick help us once when we needed a new steel door & frame installed. He did a good job and was also prompt, courteous and professional. He also helped my husband install a radon vent in a sub garage space which had been poorly done by our builder. Rick knew what was needed and helped my husband do a great job! It transformed this large area into safe, useable space.We had many issues with our windows needing tweaking - tighten something, loosen something, repair a metal hinge, etc. They have always been willing to stop over and take a look and fix the issue. Just yesterday we realized that one of the double windows in a bedroom was not closing tightly. Of course it was the first day we had snow!
